It could also be used as an architects square. It was manufactured by F. S. Jewett out of Laconia, New Hampshire and is marked "Patented Dec 31, 1889." It is in good condition with little to no rust and original black enamel paint. Dimensions: 4" L x 3. 5" W x 0. 75" D
