Seiridh literally means sherry in Scottish Gaelic, and this has been finished in first fill Oloroso butts after starting like in ex bourbon casks. Tasting note: Nose: Among red fruits are darker toffee, raisin and coffee notes, with a helping of bright grains to round it out. Palate: Pecan, toffee and clove develop into cinnamon, almond and pecan
